Terms: We accept credit card payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Shipping and handling: Product is shipped via FedEx Ground unless the customer selects a different level of service. BuckleyBoo charges a flat rate of $8.95 for all orders up to $49.99 and $11.95 for all orders over $50.00. BuckleyBoo does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Wholesale customers are charged the FedEx calculated shiping rates. Fixed rate shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Canada.

Discounts and Promotions: Discount codes are valid only at the time of purchase. Percentage off offers are good towards the total cost of the merchandise and do not include shipping or gift wrap. Promotional codes are valid for retail customers only.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: BuckleyBoo does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by FedEx or returned to BuckleyBoo as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by FedEx a $10.00 charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Note: We reserve the right to substitute ribbon patterns on each toy.

Customer Satisfaction: At BuckleyBoo, the quality of our products is critically important to us and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please direct all questions to info@buckleyboo.com. The policies and procedures set forth herein are subject to revision without notice. Accordingly, please review these policies and procedures every time you make a purchase. Thank you for your patronage.

Returns and Exchanges: If you purchased one of our products from a retail location other than the Buckleyboo.com website, any return or exchange will be governed by that retailer’s policy. Please contact that retailer directly for return instructions. Items purchased from a retailer other than BuckleyBoo.com may NOT be returned or exchanged through the BuckleyBoo.com return center. If you are dissatisfied with a retailer in regard to our products please contact us.

You may exchange unused items purchased from BuckleyBoo.com website within 30 days of the original purchase. Product(s) to be exchanged must be returned in new and unused condition with the tag attached along with the original packing invoice. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number which must be included with your returned item.

Privacy: We do not sell, rent or use any information you provide to us in any manner other than for which it is intended. Once your credit card is processed, the number is erased from our system.
